The CSS works closely with the retail team to create a safe customer experience. They also work closely with law enforcement to reduce theft and safety issues. The CSS is the most critical part of the ALTO Alliance solution. This position is about more than just working in the stores, it requires someone who can report on what is happening in the field, gather information for ALTO Staff Attorneys, and create connections between critical incidents.
As a CSS, you will actively engage with store management at individual stores via in-person visits. You will manage a list of stores that have opted into the ALTO program. You will visit those individual retail locations and work with store management to address concerns as they arise. This includes providing insight as it applies to local laws, ordinances, and regulations as well as, providing solutions for theft reduction and safety improvements.
A candidate with prior Loss Prevention/Asset Protection/Investigative experience is highly valued.
